What to Expect

Hilary takes a collaborative and personalized approach to assessments. Here’s how it works:

  1. Comprehensive Evaluations: The assessment process is thorough, ensuring that we capture the full picture of your strengths, challenges, and needs. From there, we’ll work on recommendations that help get you closer to your goals. This can lead to a deeper understanding and appreciation of yourself.

  2. Tailored Recommendations: Whether it’s understanding yourself better, advocating for accommodations, capitalizing on your strengths, or accessing support, you will receive practical support that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.

  3. Respect for Your Journey: Whether you’re seeking clarity about yourself, exploring long-standing questions, or seeking accommodations, Hilary is here to support you every step of the way.

  4. Authenticity: Throughout the assessment process you will always be celebrated exactly as you are—no need to mask.

Assessment Options

  • Curious if you might be neurodivergent, but not ready to commit to the full CCA process? Our neurodivergence screener is a great option. The screener is a quick, collaborative process designed to help explore your experiences. If you decide to schedule the full CCA, the screener counts toward the total cost.

Together we’ll review your history, experiences, and traits, comparing them with established clinical diagnostic criteria. This option is ideal for individuals who suspect they may be Autistic/ADHD/AuDHD but want a more accessible first step before committing to a CCA. The goal is to provide validation, understanding, and practical next steps, whether that means moving forward with a full evaluation or exploring other forms of support.
